Mavis Phillips nee Walley used a box Brownie camera to record the daily life of Aboriginal families in Goomalling. The people in these photographs have not been identified. Families known to be in Goomalling include Phillips, Walley, Ponton and Taylor. The photographs are thought to have been taken between 1940 and 1965.
