Summary
The bollards were removed from across the street in front of the Horseshoe Bridge where construction of an entrance to the Perth Underground Station was about to commence. The pedestrian overpass across Wellington Street between the Horseshoe Bridge and the second floor at the western end of Albert Facey House was demolished.
