Summary
In the text of My Way p.238 Rourke describes how an elderly Aboriginal woman in Fitzroy Crossing showed him how to catch the freshwater crustaceans known as cherabin (a type of prawn). Note that Rourke uses the spelling cherabun. He describes this event as having occurred in the same year the Aboriginal people were driven off Moola Bulla Station ie 1955.
