Summary
Charles Francis Bullock (known as Frank) was born on the 31st of December, 1908. He was appointed Clerk of Courts in Busselton in mid 1946 and remained in that position for 26 years. He describes the condition of the building when he came in 1946 and what the surrounds were like, he lists the Government Departments which had their offices and rooms in the buildings and the use of other spaces. He talks in some detail of his duties as Clerk of Courts and the officials and police with whom he worked, and his subsequent roles as a Justice of the Peace and a Marriage Celebrant.
