Photographs of the original plans drawn up for the house at Lot 38 (postal address 76) Hobbs Avenue, Dalkeith by architects Hill and Parkinson for Dr Robert Collin and his wife Dorothy and Dr Audrey Little. The Collin family and Dr Audrey Little are all living at this address in the 1968 Australian Electoral Roll. Audrey Little was director of the University of Western Australia's Child Study Centre, wrote five books on child psychology, established an exceptional children's program, and was legally blind. Dr Robert Collin was a lecturer in public health at UWA.
