Summary
A specialist oral and maxillofacial surgery. Built as the Forrest Park Methodist Church which opened officially 24 June 1933. Later occupied by The Church Restaurant 1982-ca.2012. The original church and the restaurant used the address 37 Walcott Street (see photograph at call number 315060PD).
