The first unnumbered leaf titled "Map of the Western Australia key to the book maps 1908" is an index map to the 29 remaining leaves/maps in Book 1 and the 20 leaves/maps in Book 2. "This map can be obtained as Litho No. 114 Sheets 5 & 6 (For Sheets 1, 2, 3 & 4 see Book No. 1) Map 20 is not found in any of the copies.
