Summary
"By the end of 1974 AAPA had acquired Emu Farm and Desert Farm on behalf of the newly formed Ngangganawili Community. By 1976 the Desert Gold citrus and melon farm had developed and the community was ready to embark on a process of self management" -- Annual Report Aboriginal Affairs Planning Authority (AAPA) and Aboriginal Lands Trust (ALT), 1977, p. 9.
