Summary
Newdegate Hotel, 1 Maley Street corner May Street built 1926. Hotel owner is Chinese, living in Perth. Managers are Chinese couple, bar staff include a German backpacker girl and a Hong Kong girl. The current managers have a Friday night raffle - patrons get 1 ticket for each drink they purchase. The bar staff draw the wining ticket, and the holder of ticket then gets to select a card from a pack of cards. If that card matches is an Ace of Spades, they win $1000 cash. Thus far it's only been won a couple times (Philip Gostelow).
