Summary
`2016 Spring Morning Tea - Farewell to PMH – a Trip Down Memory Lane’ organised by the Ex-Trainees Nursing Association to mark the closure of Princess Margaret Hospital after 107 years in Roberts Road, Subiaco. Princess Margaret Hospital (PMH) opened in 1909 in Roberts Road, Subiaco, as Perth Children’s Hospital. The name was changed in 1949 to honour Princess Margaret. The hospital is re-locating to new premises at the Queen Elizabeth II Medical Centre in Nedlands and its name will revert to the original ‘Perth Children’s Hospital’.
