At this time the Perth Cup was not being run on New Year's Day. In 1911 the Cup was run 31 December. The cup before this was run 28 December 1910.

Title devised by cataloguer. Written on back of negative (not in the photographer's hand) Cup Day 1/11 (sic) Found in box labelled in the photographer's hand: Ascot, Belmont, Goodwood races 1908-1913.
