Terms of reference: To inquire into the efficacy of the agricultural practices of Mr Eric Farleigh, the desirability of their wide application in heavy rainfall areas, the effect of their adoption on the sulphur supply position and the railway position, and the availability of lime for agricultural purposes. Gazetted an Honorary Royal Commission on 26th October, 1951.
