Summary
The gate is the entrance to the grounds of All Saints Anglican Church in Henley Brook, Upper Swan. An unidentified couple standing beside the memorial set up during the 1929 Western Australian Centenary Celebrations. The tablet reads: Centenary of Western Australia 1929. This tablet marks the spot where Captain James Stirling of H.M.S. Success camped during March 1827. The furthest point reached during his examination of the Swan River.
