Summary
The Westrail Centre administration building was officially opened on 12 November 1976. The complex of the East Perth Railway Station (for local traffic), the East Perth Terminal (for interstate traffic), and the Westrail Centre (in 2002 renamed the Public Transport Centre) was built over the former East Perth Locomotive Depot.
