The multi-storey Town Centre, which housed the Town House Hotel, with its 81 units, convention rooms and a garden and swimming pool on the roof, overlooking the river. It also contained the Town cinema. The address for the Town Hotel is 778 Hay Street and for the Town Cinema 776 Hay Street, Perth.
