The Catholic Emporium was owned by A.B. Amodeo and was situated in the Druids Chambers next to the Royalty Dining Room. The Druids occupied offices at the rear of the ground floor and the two shops facing Hay St. were leased. This building was demolished in 1975 and a new three story building known as Druids House was built , this building was later sold to the Catholic Church and the Druids moved to Bennet St Perth in the early 1980s.
