Summary
Tram no.128 is on its way to destination 4 (Subiaco) and Tram no.114 goes to destination 17. This part of Hay Street is one way and both trams are headed towards the camera. 114 is passing 128 which is stopped. When 114 has gone by, 128 will take the tracks in the foreground and follow it, heading to Subiaco. See also photograph 136060PD which appears to have been taken moments before this photograph.
