007672PD: The car has numberplate DR 2 [ie Darling Range Road Board 2]. According to the 1917 RAC Motor Guide and Yearbook this was an Overland 18 belonging to R.S. Sampson. Richard Stanley Sampson a state politician in the 1920s and was later chairman of the road board.
