Summary
Elevated view down Barrack Street across Perth Water, Mill Point peninsula and Melville Water. Prominent in foreground, on St George's Terrace: National Bank of Australasia (no.37-39) ; United Service Tavern (41-43). The large white building on Bazaar Terrace (also known as Esplanade) may be the home of Henry Sherwood, wine & beer merchant, and aerated water manufacturer. The Police Barracks are at the extreme left, on Bazaar Terrace.
