Summary
In 1913 West AustralianTrotting Association WATA entered into an initial five year agreement to hold trotting meetings on the W.A.C.A. ground. The WATA has the right to have at least 26 meetings during the year, 12 of which may be on Saturdays. In 1914 the WATA installed lighting around the track and night meetings were introduced. Trotting would remain at the WACA Ground until 1929. (WATA)
