The newly renovated interior of the Bassendean Hotel. Display case on the wall of the Lounge has a sign: Bassendean J.C. Taylor, Jeweller. J.C. Taylor has a branch jewellery shop in Guildford Rd Bassendean in the early 1950s. The hotel has been positively identified by a local man who played darts there in the 1950s.
