Summary
The two storey brick and shingle Pensioners' Barracks about to be demolished to make way for the Mitchell Freeway. The entrance has been fenced off and a banner reads 'A.B.C. Demolitions, men at work, absolutely no unauthorised entry, helmets must be worn'. After the demolition process only the entrance was left, commonly known as the Barracks Arch.
