The building at foreground left is the Melville Food Market and the Melville Laudrobar. There is a Shell Service Station on Canning Highway across the street from the shopping centre. The houses in the foreground are in the suburb of Palmyra with Canning Highway the boundary between Bicton and Palmyra.
