Ruth talks about her life on the land in the Waterloo area near Bunbury through the two world wars. She describes farm life and discusses her family and her parents- Charles and Matilda Edwards. She married George Robert Barron Palmer in 1935 and they had three children. She describes wartime farming and her father's involvement in plane spotting.
