Massey (corner of Gugeri Street and Bay View Terrace) for the first municipal elections in Claremont held 13th August 1898. Claremont had been declared a municipality on 14 June 1898. Election posters are for E. Summerhayes, James King, James Grave, E. A. This ship escorted Royal Yacht Ophir, carrying the Duke and Duchess of Cornwall and York (later George V and Queen Mary), around the Australian coast as part of their voyage.016754PD is of the The Kings Park tea pavilion built in 1899 and known as the Kings Park Tea Rooms. It was originally situated at the foot of Mt Eliza and was known as the Terrace Tearooms.
