Summary
Archibald Sanderson was a journalist, lawyer, and member of the W.A. Legislative Council. He came to Western Australia from New Zealand in 1895. Cycled to Coolgardie along the route of the pipe-line and spent time in the goldfields taking photographs and reporting for the Christchurch Press and New Zealand Times.2-35,50-51: Bicycle trip to the Eastern Goldfields, 1895-96; 36-49: visit to New Norcia, 1903; 52-104: Sanderson family snapshots and views around W.A.
