Summary
Pencil sketches and watercolours of Turner's homes in England, Western Australia, Victoria and New South Wales. The W.A. content includes houses at Fremantle, Augusta, Cape Leeuwin, Vasse, Dunsborough, Toby's Inlet and St. Mary's Church, Busselton. One sketchbook , created ca. 1890, contains loose pages of Turner's colour drawings and handwritten descriptions of the houses he lived in during his life. The other sketchbook, with "T. Turner. 1823" inscribed on the cover, is bound and contains graphite/charcoal sketches, mostly of houses possibly located only in England.Formerly 603B.
