Summary
A hunting and fishing trip. Beginning in Geraldton, the ship Koolinda is farewelled with crowds and streamers. Shots of Geraldton with a camel train, buildings, cars and people. Expedition leaves by car to travel overland to Shark Bay. Shows men posing beside car in a dry river bed. Men shooting kangaroos. At Shark Bay a man opening oysters. Shows a collection of pearls. Shots of the pearling fleet on the horizon. Men catching fish using nets on shore and lines off a sailing boat. Fish are cleaned, packed in ice and transported to a refrigerator. Shows a shark caught on the Centaur. Brief footage of a banana plantation.Originally known as reel 4.
