Summary
The structure holding the time ball (seen in photograph 006697PD) is not seen in this photograph dating it to after early 1903. The lighthouse seen here was demolished in 1905. Accordingly this image has been dated to 1904? The work underway is in the approximate site of the current (2023) J Shed.
