Left-right: Ellie Le Souef, Ernest Le Souef, Valerie Hocking nee Bogisch, Herbert Ryder Hocking, Mildred Le Souef, Herbert Hocking, unknown, Eliza Hocking. Valerie Hocking died at Wooroloo Sanitorium 1 January 1917 aged 31 (notice published West Australian 6 January 1917, p.1). Herbert's mother Eliza died the same month.
