Perth Concert Hall being built. Shows aerial view of exterior from St Georges Terrace side; views of exterior from the ground, showing the tax offices (now Duxton Hotel) in the background; views of interior, showing balconies, stage and ceiling; internal spiral staircase; and view from windows to foreshore. The Concert Hall opened in January 1973.
