Notes provided by photographer: Dalwallinu Shire offices at 594 Johnston Street (the main Street); Old house at 59 Johnston St (the northern end of the street). The wheelie bin has an adhesive sticker 'cricket wickets' for playing backyard cricket; Dalwallinu Wheatland Motel 66-78 Johnston St; the old Dalwallinu Road Board offices building built in 1924 now used as a public hall. The Dalwallinu Discovery Centre, Johnston St opposite the Shire Offices. It includes the Community Resource Centre, tourist information on wildflower country. Officially opened 25th Sept. 2010. Rooms are available for hire. Part of Johnston St with the Dalwallinu Hotel, Dalwallinu Pharmacy in the Roberts Buildings, Dilly Dally Toyland, and Dilly Dally gift shop; Dalwallinu Child Care Centre and the Dalwallinu Crafts Shop in the old courthouse; Uniting Church corner Myers and McNeill Streets; A view of Pioneer Place off McNeill St showing a new housing development; St Benedict's Catholic Church building, corner McNeill and Rayner Sts; Dalwallinu Baptist church corner of Leahy and McNeill Streets; The Dalwallinu Masonic Lodge (Freemasons Hall) corner of Leahy and McNeill Sts across the road from the Baptist Church; Dalwallinu Collocation Emergency Services Facility officially opened on 2 Oct. 2008 on Leahy St across from the Baptist Church and the Masonic Lodge; Jolly & Sons Ltd, 1 Dalwallinu West Road, farming equipment dealership at junction of Great Northern Highway and Dalwallinu West Road just south of town. Entry statement sign 'Welcome to Dalwallinu, a place of wheat and wattle' at the southern approad to town just south of the juction of Great Northern Highway and Dalwallinu West Road.
