Summary
VH-USC owned by MMA (MacRobertson Miller Aviation Coy Ltd) This aircraft was used to fly the Empire Airmail from Darwin to Perth in 1938. It was purchased by MMA from Qantas in order to operate the new MMA route from Darwin to Perth . Much faster than the existing MMA DH84 Dragon aircraft. MMA purchased two of these aircraft as an interim solution while they waited to take delivery of the two Lockheed 10 Electra aircraft ordered in the USA and delivered in 1939 (Information supplied)
