BA1145/1: A colour print of the interior of the Temple Court Buildings/Embassy Ballroom, ca.1929. -- BA1145/2: Panorama of the Capitol Theatre and the Temple Court Buildings, 1929. -- BA1145/3: The site of the building before construction, 1927-1928. -- BA1145/4: Panoramic view of the Temple Court Buildings construction site taken from the top of a building in St. George's Tce. View takes in White City/Uglieland with a vista of South Perth and Kings Park beyond, 1927-1928. Once a year the Ugly Men's Association took over the amusement park, renamed Uglieland for the duration, for a carnival to raise funds for its charities. See 012489D and 012490D of the same view ca.1929 where the sign on the entrance reads White City.
