Summary
Mrs Elsie Mead, public relations officer for the Guide Dogs for the Blind Association of Western Australia drawing the lottery numbers on the 31st October, 1974. The lottery was the Guide Dogs $2 series with a prize money of $80 000. The results and a photograph of Mrs Mead were published in the West Australian Newspaper 1st November, 1974, p. 23.
